Wrong Product Received (eg: size/colour) ?

Damaged/Faulty Product Received ?
- For local orders, customers are required to bring their damaged/faulty products to our store to request for a 1-1 exchange within 15 days from date of receipt. Please produce receipt of purchase, and original packaging and labels must be attached
- For overseas order, please email us : email@example.com with your order number and photos of your defective products within 15 days from date of receipt, our customer service will contact you ASAP for refund or replacement to be arranged.
