Effect Powders/3D Balls

3D balls - Powders in different grain sizes to create pastes or add structures to the project. Mix the 3D powder with acrylic paint and apply on the project with brush or palette knife. The mixture will dry quickly. We can also sprinkle the powder on top of Repositionable Hobby Glue or Heavy Body Gel. Perfect to fill blank spots on your project.
