Pentart 3D Varnish 40ml
Water-based thick varnish, with which we can emphasize certain parts of our project and create 3D decorations.
Dries completely transparent and glossy. It can be applied in different thicknesses built up by several layers.
The varnish must dry completely before applying a new layer.
